Our company was formed in late 2003 by Sevan E. Tellez & Alfredo Tellez III. We have performed over 6000 Inspections from San Francisco to Sacramento.We have also been Building Inspectors (Code Enforcement) for the City of Richmond, Ca.We performed over 200 Inspections as Contracted Inspectors.
